Patricia Simsa is a multidisciplinary artist who does not concentrate her research around a single medium, she first practices sculpture before turning mainly to painting.

The extravagant and joyful canvases of Patricia Simsa are all invitations to enter her world full of humor and love. Her favorite motif remains women, or more particularly the image of women. The works of Patricia Simsa intrigue, amuse, always evoke a complicit atmosphere between the spectator and the characters.

The colors are bright, the lines thick, but the rendering is still very poetic and it highlights all the thoroughness and harmony of the artist's work, which leaves nothing to chance.

Patricia Simsa is a self-taught artist today, and since her first solo exhibition in 1992, numerous exhibitions in Europe allow us to appreciate her work.
